Easy Setup
Install from Shopify App Store
Find HelpLane in the Shopify App Store and click Install. Authorize the app to access your store's customer and order data.
Connect Your HelpLane Account
After authorization, log in to your HelpLane account (or create one). The integration will be automatically connected to your workspace.
Enable the Chat Widget
Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize. Click App embeds and enable HelpLane Chat. Enter your brand token from HelpLane Settings.
Start Supporting Customers
